The check-in experience was really good, with staff that genuinely cared about making us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, allowing plenty of room for our family to relax comfortably. The powerful shower was a good start to each day. I also appreciated the nearby open market.

clean place, staff was very polite. we had single room with central heating, a work desk and a tv. we really enjoyed a tasteful and satisfactory breakfast and cafes and restaurants outside the hotel. close to a u-bahn station, everything was great for us.

This was just a good pick for a quick layover in Vienna at a decent price. The staff at the reception were really responsive when we needed extra towels. Keep the windows closed at night to avoid street noise.

I loved its location, near a public transport stop. Hotel's clean, snow-white bed, crisp towels. Great breakfast for an extra fee.
No kettle in the room. I've missed it a lot.
