great staff but small shower
The check-in experience was exceptional, with staff that genuinely cared about making us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, allowing plenty of room for our family to relax comfortably. The powerful shower was a delightful start to each day. I also appreciated the nearby open market, which added a charming touch to our stay.
The shower cabin felt a bit cramped, which was slightly uncomfortable for me.

The amenities were adequate, but I really appreciated the
quiet atmosphere and proximity to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay pleasant. I did find the shower cabin a bit small, but it didn’t significantly detract from my overall experience.

This was just a good pick for a quick layover in Vienna at a decent price. The staff at the reception were really responsive when we needed extra towels. Keep the windows closed at night to avoid street noise.

Proximity to public transport, clean accommodations, user-friendly invoices
The street noise is unbearable at night!!! The lack of air conditioning and insufficient room space make for a stifling experience!!! Additionally, poor shower drainage is an inconvenience that needs attention!!! Don't count on reliable Wi-Fi!!!

We had a lovely night here, enjoying the delicious breakfast and the cozy seating area in the lounge. There are great spots to unwind, including a charming garden and an inviting rooftop terrace. The only minor downside was the lack of a fridge in our room, but you can easily store items at the front desk if needed. 😊

The staff was really helpful when we asked for tips, and the breakfast options were plentiful! Plus, it’s quite convenient to hop on the tram nearby to explore the city.
However, the sound isolation could use some improvement, as we could hear noise from the hall occasionally.

Spending 4 nights in a double room was quite enjoyable. The room was large and very comfortable, complemented by a friendly and helpful staff that made communication easy. Breakfast offered an expansive selection, ensuring everyone could find something satisfying. However, the location is somewhat distant from the main attractions, requiring longer travel times. Additionally, the limited kitchen amenities could be a downside for guests looking to prepare their meals.
